Invoicing and payments

Invoices come from the order, and payments are recorded against them.

What you get

Once an order ships, the invoice is already there. Payments are recorded against it, and credit and debit notes adjust it. Leaders see what each customer still owes without waiting for a month-end report.

How it works

  • Invoices raised from orders.
  • Payments and collections recorded against invoices.
  • Credit and debit notes.
  • Accounting sync with Tally and Zoho.

AIMS records payments. It does not take card or online payments from your customers today.
