1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AIMS ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you use the Platform for an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of service

AIMS is a multi-tenant business management platform with CRM, sales, purchase, inventory, invoicing and AI-powered analytics tools. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us straight away about any unauthorized access. Each account belongs to one organization (tenant) and must not be shared between unrelated organizations.

• You must give accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not use another user's account without permission.
• We will terminate accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent activity immediately.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Send any unlawful, harmful, defamatory or fraudulent content.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from the Platform.
• Use automated means to scrape or access the Platform without written consent.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without our authorization.

5. Data ownership

You keep full ownership of the data you enter into the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your business data. By using the Platform, you give us a limited license to process your data only to deliver the service.

When an account ends, you may export your data within 30 days. After that, we may delete your data from our systems.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, code, trademarks and content, is the intellectual property of AIMS. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works of the Platform without our written permission.

7. Payment and billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, AIMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.

Our total liability to you for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. When it ends, your right to use the Platform stops immediately.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Platform after that date, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
