AIMS IQ · Solar, quote to installation
Quote solar right the first time, and install what you quoted
AIMS IQ takes a solar job from roof layout to a priced, approved quote, then through site verification, installation and handover, with the warranties created for you.
14 panels · 8.26 kWp · 4X2 MMS × 1 + 3X2 MMS × 1
| Line | Qty | From |
|---|---|---|
| Solar panel 590 Wp | 14 | Layout |
| Mounting structure 4X2, 3X2 | 1 + 1 | Layout |
| On-grid inverter 7 kW | 1 | Selected |
| DCDB, ACDB, cables, earthing | 6 lines | Rule |
- 8.26 kW DC on 7 kW AC is within the on-grid sizing limit
- Subsidy slab applied, shown as claimable by the customer
What gets in the way
- Every quote is rebuilt in a spreadsheet, and items like cables, earthing or distribution boxes get missed.
- Subsidy, discounts and paperwork are worked out by hand, so quotes go out wrong or late.
- What you quoted, what the site needed and what you installed never match, and nobody knows until margin is gone.
What changes with AIMS
Parts lists that don't miss items
The roof layout brings in panels and structures, and your rules add every cable, box, earthing kit and service by system size. Required items can't be dropped without a reason.
About panel layout and parts listQuotes that are priced, checked and approved
Current prices, subsidy slabs, sizing limits and discount approvals are applied before the quote goes out, and the customer's documents are filled from the same quote.
About solar quotationsInstall what you sold
Site verification records what each line really needs before stock is committed, installation tracks actual material, and handover creates the warranties.

Questions you may have
Does it work outside India?
Yes. System types, subsidy schemes, sizing rules, component rules, quote templates, payment terms and customer documents are set up for each business. Our first solar customers are in India, so Indian solar tax and state paperwork are supported today.
Can we use our own quote format and terms?
Yes. The quote PDF, its wording and payment terms, and the customer documents come from your own templates.
Does it calculate the customer's savings or payback?
Not today. AIMS IQ sizes the system against your rules and prices it. Savings and payback figures are not part of the quote.
Can reps quote on site?
Yes. Panel layouts, quotes, site verification and installation updates all work on the phone.
