What gets in the way

  • Reps look prices up in spreadsheets and quote the wrong one.
  • Discounts go out before anyone approves them.
  • The invoice is typed again from the order.

What changes with AIMS

  • Every customer's agreed price, on every quote

Price lists sit on the customer, in their currency, and fill in as the rep builds the quote.

    About customer-specific pricing
  • Discounts and margins approved before the customer sees them

A discount beyond a rep's limit, or a margin below your floor, goes to a named approver. An approved quote becomes an order without retyping.

    About quotes and approvals
  • Invoices from the order

The invoice comes from the order, payments are recorded against it, and accounts sync with Tally.

Questions you may have

Can a quote be emailed from AIMS?

Yes. Reps email the quote from AIMS, and the quote's history stays on the account.

Does it take card payments from our customers?

No. AIMS records payments and what each customer still owes. It does not collect online payments today.
