Your estimate
- Rep hours recovered per month
- 240
- Value of that time per year
- $90,000
- Revenue capacity those hours could carry per year
- $1,071,429
- Payback on your AIMS figure
- 4 months
Today, order work takes about 72 rep minutes per order.
How this is worked out
- Order hours = reps x hours per rep x share of time on order work.
- Hours recovered = order hours x share you expect AIMS to remove.
- Value of time = hours recovered x (annual cost per rep / 12 / hours per rep) x 12.
- Revenue per selling hour = (annual revenue / 12) / (total rep hours - order hours).
- Revenue capacity = hours recovered x revenue per selling hour x 12. This is room to sell more, not a forecast of extra sales.
- Payback = your AIMS one-time cost / (value of time per year / 12). Time value only, so it leaves out any extra sales.
Every figure above comes from the numbers you entered. AIMS does not supply or promise any of them.
