What you get
What you quoted, what the site needs and what you actually installed are recorded against one order. Material that goes beyond the quote is visible before it leaves the store, and every panel and inverter is under warranty in AIMS from the day of handover.
How it works
- Quote to sales order. An agreed quote becomes a sales order, with its parts list carried across.
- Site verification. A verifier records the quantity each line really needs, with a remark. Differences from the quote are highlighted. Approving the verification confirms the order and reserves the stock.
- Installation materials. Quantities move from estimated to confirmed to actual, and stock is issued as it is used.
- Handover. The customer signs off on the phone, an installation completion certificate is produced, and checklist items still open (such as meter or inspection paperwork) are flagged for follow-up.
- Warranties start themselves. Panel and inverter warranties are created at handover, so later service requests can be checked against them.
Verification and installation work on the phone, including on site.
