What you get
A short list of the accounts that need a call, ranked by what they are worth to you. Reps do not hunt through order history to find them. Leaders see how much of their revenue sits in accounts that are slipping.
How it works
AIMS looks at three things for every customer: how recently they ordered, how often they order, and how much they spend. It groups customers as Champions, Loyal, Need attention, At risk or Hibernating, and suggests an action for each group.
- Accounts with no orders for three to six months are flagged as at risk, and those quiet for 90 days or more as dormant. Both are ranked by lifetime value.
- Reps get a daily plan of accounts to work.
- For each group, AIMS drafts a short email sequence a rep can review and send.
AIMS flags a change in buying early. It does not predict which customers will leave.
This is in beta: it is built and being tested, and not yet in use with customers.
