What you get
The emails that never got written now get written. When an account goes quiet or a quote sits unanswered, AIMS drafts the follow-up. A rep can review it and send it from the task, or you can let AIMS send a short sequence on its own.
How it works
- AIMS groups customers by how they buy, from Champions to Hibernating, and writes a three-email sequence in a tone that suits each group: a first email, a follow-up three days later and a last note after a week.
- Reps see the drafted email next to the task in their daily plan and send it from there.
- Automatic sequences send only up to a daily email limit you set, and the whole system can be switched off at any time.
- Every email sent is recorded on the account.
This is in beta: it is built and being tested, and not yet in use with customers.
