What you get
You know which maintenance contracts make money and which lose it. Renewal prices are set from real cost, not habit.
How it works
For each AMC contract, AIMS adds up:
- every preventive visit and repair done under the contract,
- the spare parts used,
- the technician’s time, worked out from what that technician was actually paid that month in AIMS payroll, divided by the visits they did.
It sets that cost against the contract value and shows the margin. Service work outside AMC is costed per customer in the same way.
This works because HRMS is part of AIMS. A separate service tool cannot see what your technicians are paid.
