AIMS and Microsoft Teams
When a sales order comes in, the people who fulfil it should know straight away. AIMS V2 posts it to the Teams channel you choose, so nobody has to forward an email.
AIMS V2
What it does
- Post a card to a Teams channel you choose when a sales order is created.
- Set rules for which orders go to which channel.
- Connect with your Microsoft work account, or with a Teams workflow link.
Good to know: Notifications only. Approvals inside Teams are not available.
Where it shows up in AIMS
- Quotes and approvals
Quotes go out faster, and discounts and thin margins get approved before they reach the customer.
- Reports and dashboards
See sales, customers, stock and money in one set of reports.
Questions
