AIMS and Zoho Books
If your accounts live in Zoho Books, AIMS keeps the two in step. Nothing changes silently: every change, in either direction, waits for someone to approve it.
AIMS V2AIMS IQ on request
What it does
- Customers, vendors, items, estimates, sales orders, invoices and credit notes, in both directions.
- Connect with your Zoho login. No passwords are stored in AIMS.
- Every change waits in a change inbox for approval. Conflicts are shown so you can pick the right version.
- Check Zoho for changes every five minutes, or sync when you choose.
Good to know: Payments, purchase orders and purchase bills are not synced.
Where it shows up in AIMS
- Invoicing and payments
Invoices come from the order, and payments are recorded against them.
- Customer records and activity
One record for every account, with its contacts, notes and visits.
- Quotes and approvals
Quotes go out faster, and discounts and thin margins get approved before they reach the customer.
