AIMS and Biometric devices
Most payroll errors start with attendance typed in from a device export. AIMS takes punches from the device itself and turns them into daily attendance, which feeds leave and payroll.
AIMS HRMSAIMS IQAIMS V2
What it does
- Devices that push over ZKTeco ADMS (iClock), including many eSSL models, send punches to AIMS directly.
- Process punches as they arrive, or in batches every 5 minutes to 12 hours.
- Using eSSL eTimeTrackLite? AIMS pulls the previous day’s attendance every night.
- Punches become daily attendance, which feeds leave and payroll.
Where it shows up in AIMS
- Attendance and leave
Attendance pulled from your biometric devices, with shifts, holidays and leave approvals in one place.
- Payroll
Monthly payroll built from attendance, leave, overtime and loans, then locked once it is final.
Questions
Which biometric devices work with AIMS?
Devices that push attendance over the ZKTeco ADMS (iClock) protocol, which includes many eSSL models, and eSSL eTimeTrackLite. Tell us your device model and we will confirm before you buy.
Do I need a computer running at the office?
Not for ADMS devices, which send punches over the internet to AIMS. With eTimeTrackLite, AIMS pulls from the eTimeTrackLite server.
Does this work with AIMS HRMS on its own?
Yes. Biometric attendance works with AIMS HRMS on its own, and with the HRMS inside AIMS IQ and AIMS V2.
