Questions
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Not for everything. Some messages open WhatsApp with the text ready to send. Sending automatically, such as payslip notices to every employee, needs a WhatsApp Business API provider set up for your account.
Can my team chat with customers inside AIMS?
No. Messages go out from AIMS, and replies arrive in WhatsApp as usual.
